Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care to patients in the telemetry unit, monitoring cardiac rhythms and ensuring optimal patient outcomes. This role demands critical assessment skills and effective collaboration within a dynamic healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor patient cardiac rhythms using advanced cardiac monitoring systems.
• Administer prescribed vasoactive medications and manage drips with precision.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and escalate concerns promptly.
• Document patient care accurately in the Meditech system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about cardiac conditions and post-discharge instructions.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with relevant state licensure.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Demonstrate advanced assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Experience managing vasoactive drips and interpreting cardiac rhythms.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Minimum 1 year of recent telemetry or critical care experience.
