Job Summary:
Seeking experienced Registered Nurses for Medical Surgical units to provide compassionate patient care. These roles offer a dynamic environment focused on delivering high-quality nursing services to a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities:

• Administer comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Medical Surgical unit.
• Monitor patient vital signs and assess clinical conditions utilizing Meditech EMR.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including case management, PT/OT/ST, and providers.
• Perform procedures such as EKGs, Echo, Colonoscopy prep, TEE, EEG, and wound care management.
• Document patient care accurately and maintain compliance with hospital policies.
• Support orientation and precepting of new staff and students.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS and ALS certifications required.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Medical Surgical nursing experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency with vital sign equipment, glucometers, and patient monitoring tools.
• Ability to work 7P-7A shift with flexible scheduling preferences.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
