Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced ICU RN to provide specialized critical care for adult patients requiring intensive monitoring and intervention. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive patient care in the ICU setting, including administering medications and treatments.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, infection control standards, and compliance regulations.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed medical records.
• Assist with patient education and support for patients and their families.

Qualifications:

• Hold valid NY RN license in good standing.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years recent ICU experience.
• Certified in ACLS and BLS; NIHS preferred.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using the AllScripts EMR system.
• Capable of working 12-hour day shifts with full orientation.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
