Job Summary:
Provide expert nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). Ensure patient safety and comfort while collaborating with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality, specialized care.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor pediatric patients' clinical status continuously.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
• Document patient care and clinical findings accurately in electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Respond promptly to patient emergencies and escalations in condition.
• Comply with hospital policies, safety standards, and vaccination requirements.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Ohio or multi-state RN license at time of submission.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of PICU experience, including exposure to CICU.
• Certification in BLS, ACLS, PALS required and must be current.
• Demonstrate experience with Epic charting system preferred.
• Exhibit excellent communication, critical thinking, and clinical skills.
• Be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, with no license violations or background hits within the past 2 years.
