Job Summary:
Seeking a experienced PICU Registered Nurse to provide specialized pediatric intensive care. The nurse will deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment while maintaining compliance with all regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders.
• Monitor and document patient vitals, responses, and progression.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Respond promptly to patient emergencies and adjust care as needed.
• Maintain clear, detailed documentation in Epic and other charting systems.
• Educate patients’ families on care procedures and discharge instructions.

Qualifications:

• Valid Ohio or Multi-State RN license required at submission.
• Minimum of 2 years PICU experience, including exposure to CICU.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Ability to float within hospital units, including CICU when needed.
• Willingness to work 3x12 night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19, with proof of vaccination.
