Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse with current NY licensure to provide specialized patient care in a high-acuity environment. This role involves managing complex cases and utilizing advanced charting systems to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Administer comprehensive care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
• Utilize EPIC electronic health records to document patient status accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor and respond to patient vital signs, symptoms, and changes in condition.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and safety standards.
• Float to other units as necessary, maintaining high standards of patient care across departments.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid NY Registered Nurse license in hand.
• Possess at least 1 year of recent ICU experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in EPIC charting and documentation.
• Ability to manage high-acuity patients with complex medical conditions such as sepsis, ARDS, and renal failure.
• Successful candidates will be over 75 miles from the facility, as local applicants are not accepted.
• Willingness to travel for assignments and work night shifts, including every other weekend.
