Job Summary:
Assist patients in their rehabilitation and recovery by providing evidence-based physical therapy support under the supervision of a licensed therapist. Ensure patient safety and progress through personalized treatment plans to optimize outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Implement prescribed treatment plans to promote patient recovery and mobility.
• Monitor and document patient progress and response to therapies.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to support ongoing recovery.
• Maintain a clean and safe clinical environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Physical Therapy Assistant license or credential.
• Possess relevant clinical experience, preferably in outpatient or acute care settings.
• Demonstrate strong communication and patient engagement skills.
• Exhibit knowledge of therapeutic techniques, modalities, and documentation standards.
• Be available for a 13-week assignment with 30 hours guaranteed per week, starting as soon as possible.
