Job Summary:

Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide patient care services in a dynamic healthcare setting. The candidate will evaluate, develop, and implement treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine treatment needs.
• Develop and adjust personalized therapy plans based on patient progress.
• Administer physical therapy interventions using appropriate techniques and equipment.
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Adhere to facility policies and regulatory standards for patient care and safety.

Qualifications:

• Valid state or federal licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience in delivering physical therapy services.
• Strong knowledge of current therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to comply with identification and personnel policies, including wearing a photo badge.
• Flexibility to work scheduled days, including Monday through Friday.
