Job Summary:
Provide specialized physical therapy services to patients to improve mobility, strength, and overall functional ability. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ physical condition and develop tailored therapy plans.
• Utilize therapeutic exercises and modalities to promote recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
• Educate patients and their families on therapy routines and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatment sessions and outcomes.
• Adhere to all safety and clinical standards to ensure patient well-being.

Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Proven experience in a therapeutic or clinical setting.
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitative techniques and modalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
