Job Summary:
Provide specialized emergency care as an ER RN, delivering high-quality patient treatment in a fast-paced environment. Ensure patient safety and comfort while adhering to clinical standards and protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions promptly upon arrival and determine priority for care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to physician orders and facility policies.
• Monitor patient progress and document clinical findings accurately in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
• Educate patients and families on treatment procedures, discharge instructions, and health maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, licensing, and certification requirements.

Qualifications:

• Active CA State RN license uploaded within the past 2 weeks.
• Valid ACLS, BLS, PALSTN, and NCC certifications with current expiration dates.
• Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work 3x12 hour day shifts, including every other weekend.
• Knowledge of hospital emergency protocols and procedures.
