Job Summary:
Provides comprehensive emergency nursing care to patients, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to clinical standards. Supervises and collaborates with healthcare team members to deliver patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ condition by collecting relevant health data and analyzing findings.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans aimed at achieving positive health outcomes.
• Coordinate and delegate tasks to nursing staff and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.
• Monitor patient progress, evaluate outcomes, and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and discharge instructions.
• Participate in discharge planning and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice.
• Minimum of two years recent experience in emergency or acute care setting.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certifcation.
• AHA-ACLS and PALS certifications required.
• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in EPIC electronic health record system.
