Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions through detailed assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals.
• Administer therapeutic interventions using appropriate equipment and techniques.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, safety standards, and hospital policies.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active physical therapy license.
• Demonstrate experience in setting up and operating clinical equipment.
• Possess strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Be able to provide proof of license application within 5 business days of booking.
