Job Summary:
Provide high-quality mammography imaging services through routine screening and diagnostic procedures. Demonstrate proficiency in patient positioning, compression, and imaging techniques to ensure accurate diagnostic results.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine screening and diagnostic mammography in accordance with department protocols.
• Demonstrate competency in mammography positioning, compression, and technique factors.
• Ensure all radiographic images are correctly labeled as specified by standard operating procedures.
• Evaluate images for technical quality and transmit them to PACS in a timely manner.
• Complete all studies within the IDX system and accurately record patient tracking information into our tracking system.

Qualifications:

• Possess a New York State License of Diagnostic Radiography.
• Registered with ARRT in Mammography.
• Maintain MQSA compliance and requirements.
• Demonstrate proficiency in mammography imaging and patient care.
• Exhibit effective communication and time management skills.
