Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed therapists in providing high-quality patient care across diverse caseloads.
• Implement treatment plans developed by supervising therapists while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Document patient progress, treatment details, and clinical notes accurately in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize patient needs and enhance treatment outcomes.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment environment adhering to safety protocols.
• Support patient education on therapeutic exercises and functional activities.

Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• SNF experience preferred but not required.
• Demonstrate strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
• Confident in managing a varied caseload in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and reliable.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and multitask.
