Job Summary:
Provide specialized physical therapy services to patients in an LTAC/Acute Care setting, focusing on recovery and functional improvement. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive physical therapy assessments and interventions for acute care and LTAC patients.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment strategies to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies, safety protocols, and compliance requirements.
• Obtain and maintain appropriate licensure, including pending licenses if applicable.
• Participate in orientation and pass required clinical competency assessments such as Cardiac Dysrhythmia and Moderate Sedation tests.

Qualifications:

• Valid and current state license, with the ability to obtain prior to start.
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ clinical experience in acute or LTAC settings preferred.
• Ability to work day shifts (8:30 AM–4:30 PM) with flexibility within scope of practice.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records; recent EPIC experience preferred but not required.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Willingness to work within a travel compliance radius of 75 miles.
