Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide specialized orthopedic post-operative care in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will support patient recovery with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation, ensuring adherence to strict safety and compliance standards.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans for orthopedic post-op recovery.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to promote mobility, strength, and pain management.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Document patient care activities accurately and maintain detailed medical records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications:

• Valid PT license with current state licensure.
• Proven experience in orthopedic post-operative rehabilitation.
• Certification in CPR/BLS.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in outpatient orthopedic settings.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.
