Job Summary:
Seeking experienced Registered Nurses for emergency department travel assignments. The role involves providing high-quality urgent care in a fast-paced ER environment, ensuring patient safety and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Triage and assess patients to determine priority and expedite treatment.
• Administer emergency interventions such as RSI, stroke protocols, and sepsis management.
• Perform procedures including central line placement and patient transfers under EMTALA guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to deliver patient-centered care.
• Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech EMR system.
• Adhere to unit policies, safety protocols, and dress code standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid registered nurse license and active certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
• Complete 2-3 travel assignments and have 2-3 years of ER experience.
• Demonstrate experience working in high-acuity, high-volume ERs with patient ratios of 4-6:1.
• Possess excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Preferred certifications include TNCC, ENPC, NRP, and NIH.
• Able to work 13-week shifts starting September 14, 2026, with weekend availability.
