Job Summary:
Provides specialized physical therapy services to patients, aiming to restore mobility and improve overall functional capacity. Works collaboratively with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ physical conditions and establish treatment goals based on clinical findings.
• Develop and implement personalized therapeutic plans to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Administer hands-on therapy, tailored exercises, and modalities to achieve treatment objectives.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises, injury prevention, and self-care techniques.
• Document patient progress meticulously and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and facility standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold valid state or federal-issued identification.
• Possess a current, valid physical therapy license or credential.
• Demonstrate proven experience in providing physical therapy services.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt treatment approaches based on individual patient needs.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic healthcare environment.
