Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Medical-Surgical ICU nurse to provide compassionate patient care during 3x12 night shifts. The ideal candidate will have experience in ICU settings, with a focus on critical patient management and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and monitor critically ill patients to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders.
• Document patient care and clinical observations accurately using Epic.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Respond promptly to patient emergencies and adverse events.
• Adhere to all safety, compliance, and licensing requirements.

Qualifications:

• Strong clinical experience in ICU or medical-surgical units, minimum of 2 years preferred.
• Current Utah license or applicable state/license in hand at submission.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and PALS required.
• Ability to work 3x12 night shifts with block scheduling.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Epic charting and electronic health records.
• Travel experience and familiarity with critical care protocols preferred.
