Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified ICU Registered Nurse to provide expert patient care in a fast-paced critical care environment. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex cases and maintaining high standards of clinical excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to physician orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress accurately and thoroughly.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

• Possess an active Registered Nurse license in the state or compact.
• Bring at least 2 years of critical care or ICU nursing experience.
• Hold current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Demonstrate proficiency in patient assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Pass a background check and comply with all onboarding requirements.
