Job Summary:
Provide high-quality emergency nursing care in a fast-paced setting, ensuring patient safety and comfort during every shift. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive and efficient services.

Responsibilities:

• Administer emergency interventions and stabilize patients in critical conditions.
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and responses accurately and promptly.
• Follow all protocols and ensure compliance with certification and licensing requirements.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members regarding care plans.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to facility procedures and safety standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and specialists to develop and implement care strategies.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse license, with VA license pending accepted.
• Minimum of 2 years of emergency room experience, including some pediatric care.
• Certification in ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC (or able to obtain before start).
• Demonstrate ability to work 36-48 hour night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Proven ability to manage high-pressure situations in a clinical environment.
• Must meet all travel compliance and licensing verification requirements.
