• Ensure compliance with state licensing requirements and clinical protocols.
• Maintain knowledge of SNF regulations and best practices to promote optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active California license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Demonstrate SNF experience in a rehabilitation setting.
• Possess knowledge of Rehab Optima (NetHealth) electronic medical records system.
• Show strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Be committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
