Job Summary:
The Radiation Therapist will provide specialized radiation treatments to adult oncology patients in a hospital setting, utilizing advanced imaging and treatment equipment. The role requires accurate delivery of care within a fast-paced environment, adhering to safety and clinical standards.

Responsibilities:

• Administer radiation therapy treatments to adult oncology patients according to prescribed protocols.
• Operate CBCT, kV/mV imaging, and Impac MOSAIQ systems for precise treatment targeting.
• Monitor patient condition during procedures and ensure compliance with safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and modify treatment plans.
• Document treatment details accurately in patient records and ensure quality assurance.
• Maintain proficiency with treatment machines and emerging clinical technologies.

Qualifications:

• Valid California professional license in Radiation Therapy required at the time of submission.
• Minimum of 2 years of inpatient and outpatient radiation therapy experience.
• Current BLS and ARRT certification required.
• Experience with adult cancer treatments, CBCT/kV/mV imaging, and emergency cases essential.
• Proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
