Job Summary:
Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility setting. Ensure resident safety, comfort, and well-being through skilled clinical interventions and compassionate support.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments accurately following physician orders.
• Monitor and assess residents’ health status, reporting any changes promptly.
• Document all care activities, assessments, and interventions in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and update individualized care plans.
• Maintain infection control protocols and ensure compliance with facility policies.
• Support residents with activities of daily living, fostering a respectful and supportive environment.

Qualifications:

• Valid and active LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico.
• Proven experience working in LTC/SNF settings.
• Ability to perform clinical procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and documentation requirements.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
