Job Summary:
Providing high-quality nursing care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting, the Registered Nurse will oversee patient care, coordinate treatment plans, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately according to established protocols.
• Monitor patient responses and make necessary adjustments to care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress, treatments, and interventions meticulously.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, safety protocols, and healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

• Valid state or federal issued RN license.
• Proven experience in LTC/SNF or similar long-term care setting.
• Ability to assess patient needs and develop appropriate care strategies.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• Must have completed original or updated COVID-19 vaccination, or possess a valid exemption.
