Job Summary:
Providing essential care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities, the CNA performs a variety of tasks to support patient comfort and well-being. This role requires compassionate patient interaction and adherence to clinical standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor and document vital signs and resident health status.
• Support with mobility and positioning to prevent pressure injuries.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all residents.
• Follow infection control protocols and facility policies.
• Communicate effectively with team members and residents to coordinate care.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification or license in the state of practice.
• Proven experience working in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
• Strong understanding of resident safety and infection control procedures.
• Ability to provide compassionate and respectful patient care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work scheduled shifts as needed.
