Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for a seasonal travel assignment in the Operating Room. This role involves providing advanced perioperative nursing care during surgical procedures in a fast-paced, trauma-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative nursing care to surgical patients.
• Assist in preparing the OR with necessary supplies and equipment, including robotic and trauma tools.
• Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure efficient and safe procedures.
• Monitor patient vitals and respond promptly to any intraoperative changes.
• Maintain strict adherence to unit policies, protocols, and safety standards.
• Document all patient interactions and surgical details accurately using EMR systems.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license with at least 1 year of recent acute care OR experience.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Prior OR experience, especially with trauma, vascular, hybrid, or neuro surgeries, is highly preferred.
• Robotics experience is a significant advantage.
• Ability to respond within 30 minutes for on-call from 5PM to 11PM, Monday through Friday.
• Strong teamwork, motivation, and positive attitude essential for success.
