Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated CNA to provide quality bedside care within long-term care or skilled nursing facilities. The ideal candidate will support residents' daily needs while adhering to safety and compliance standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Monitor and record residents’ health status and report significant changes to the nursing team.
• Follow safety protocols and infection control procedures at all times.
• Support implementation of care plans and ensure residents’ comfort and dignity.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care activities and resident interactions.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid CNA certification as required by state regulations.
• Demonstrate competence in basic nursing skills and resident care.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exhibit ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Comply with facility policies, including COVID-19 vaccination requirements or valid exemptions.
