Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide exceptional therapy services under a 13-week contract. The successful candidate will evaluate, develop, and implement treatment plans to improve patients' daily functioning and independence.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ physical, emotional, and developmental needs to determine appropriate therapeutic interventions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and clinical best practices.
• Implement therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques to enhance motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily activities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and coping strategies.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid and current license as an Occupational Therapist.
• Possess relevant experience in outpatient or inpatient therapy settings.
• Demonstrate strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of occupational therapy standards and techniques.
