Job Summary:
Provide occupational therapy services to patients, developing individualized treatment plans to improve functional outcomes and enhance quality of life. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver safe and effective therapeutic interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement comprehensive occupational therapy programs tailored to patient needs.
• Conduct patient assessments to determine functional status and treatment goals.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and activity modifications.
• Comply with facility protocols, licensing, and certification requirements.
• Participate in department programs and meetings to support departmental goals.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid CA State License in Occupational Therapy.
• Possess BLS certification and applicable AHA or ARC credentials.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in neuro, ortho, trauma, and medical surgical care.
• Provide recent work history verification and references within the past year.
• Comply with travel and onboarding requirements, including labs and documentation deadlines.
