Job Summary:
Assist occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans and providing patient care in a clinical setting. Support the recovery and functional improvement of patients through therapeutic activities and individualized interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with occupational therapists to develop and execute patient treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic activities designed to improve patients' daily living and motor skills.
• Monitor patient progress and document responses to treatments accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment in compliance with healthcare standards.
• Adhere to facility policies, including identifying verification and continuous use of photo badges.
• Support patient engagement by facilitating therapy sessions and motivational communication.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Occupational Therapy Assistant license or certification.
• Demonstrate prior experience working with diverse patient populations in clinical settings.
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Maintain current knowledge of occupational therapy techniques and best practices.
• Ability to follow detailed treatment protocols and document outcomes precisely.
• Be able to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environment.
