Job Summary:

Provide essential physical therapy services to patients, helping them recover and improve their mobility. Deliver personalized treatment plans and ensure optimal patient outcomes during a 13-week assignment.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patient conditions and establish appropriate therapy goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to facilitate recovery.
• Monitor and document patient progress consistently.
• Educate patients and families on post-therapy care and maintenance.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.

Qualifications:

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience in outpatient or inpatient therapy settings.
• Strong knowledge of orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
