Job Summary:
Provide specialized physical therapy services to patients on a 13-week contract, ensuring rehabilitation and functional improvement. Offer comprehensive care aligned with patient needs and treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical condition and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy approaches accordingly.
• Document patient interactions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment procedures and home exercises.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient care.

Qualifications:

• Valid state-issued Physical Therapist license.
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or relevant graduate degree.
• Proven experience in outpatient or rehab settings preferred.
• Strong communication and patient rapport skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
