Job Summary:
Provide specialized physical therapy services to patients, supporting their recovery and improving mobility. Deliver comprehensive assessments and implement tailored treatment plans in accordance with clinical standards.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions to determine appropriate therapy interventions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet patient needs.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy techniques accordingly.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation exercises and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, progress notes, and treatment outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and best practices.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Have prior experience in outpatient or acute care settings preferred.
