Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide exceptional rehabilitation services to patients. The candidate will evaluate, develop, and implement treatment plans to promote mobility and recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical conditions and establish treatment goals.
• Develop individualized care plans based on patient needs and medical history.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve strength, mobility, and function.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Proven experience in a clinical or outpatient setting preferred.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Successful completion of necessary background checks and credentialing.
