Job Summary:
Provide occupational therapy assistant services to patients, supporting their rehabilitation and functional goals under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist. This role involves implementing treatment plans and assisting patients with therapeutic activities to promote recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing patient treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic activities and exercises as directed by the occupational therapist.
• Monitor patient progress and document responses to therapy interventions.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment to support clinical activities.
• Communicate patient progress and challenges to the supervising therapist.
• Comply with all safety, privacy, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Successful completion of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current state licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Proven clinical experience in providing occupational therapy services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to changing patient needs.
