Job Summary:
Provide occupational therapy support by assisting licensed therapists in delivering patient care. This role requires active engagement in therapeutic activities to enhance patient recovery and mobility.

Responsibilities:

• Assist registered occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans.
• Prepare and organize therapy equipment and supplies.
• Monitor and record patient progress throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
• Adhere to facility protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members.

Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant license or certification.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and patient care standards.
• Ability to follow detailed treatment plans accurately.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Must bring a valid state or federal ID and wear a photo badge at all times.
