Job Summary:
Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide patient care and rehabilitation services. The role involves evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and ensuring quality recovery outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and interpret evaluation results to establish treatment goals.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in accordance with clinical standards.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care and optimize recovery.
• Maintain compliance with licensing and facility policies throughout patient interactions.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Demonstrate experience in setting up and managing therapy equipment.
• Possess excellent communication and patient interaction skills.
• Be proficient in documenting clinical assessments and treatment plans.
• Have the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Be available for designated shift hours, primarily days.
