Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a long-term care facility. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive patient care, including assessments, treatments, medication administration, and vital notifications to medical providers.

Responsibilities:

• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with facility protocols.
• Communicate pertinent patient information to physicians, nurse practitioners, or other healthcare providers.
• Manage patient admissions and discharges, ensuring proper documentation.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and specialized care procedures, such as gastrostomy tube and urinary catheter care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with facility policies.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Hawaii RN license prior to start date.
• Must have current Hawaii State license by start of assignment.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
• Ability to perform clinical assessments and provide direct patient care.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
