Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a long-term care facility. The RN will provide comprehensive patient assessments, administer medications, and deliver a wide range of clinical care in a hospital-based setting.

Responsibilities:

• Perform patient assessments, treatments, and medication administration according to care plans
• Communicate pertinent clinical information to physicians, including MDs and NPs
• Document patient status and progress accurately in medical records
• Assist with ADL activities, wound care, and specialized treatments such as Gastrostomy Tube, Urinary Catheter, and Tracheostomy care
• Manage ventilator-related care including CPAP and nebulized treatments
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and safety protocols during all clinical procedures

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Hawaii RN license prior to start date
• Provide proof of Hawaii licensure upon acceptance of employment offer
• Possess strong assessment and clinical skills in a long-term care environment
• Demonstrate flexibility with varied 8-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Show competence in performing complex treatments such as wound care, ventilator management, and medication administration
• Have experience working in LTC/SNF settings preferred
