• Administer medications and treatments following regulatory standards.
• Document patient progress accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, safety, and infection control protocols.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Registered Nurse license in the state.
• Possess recent experience in LTC or SNF settings.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have a valid exemption.
• Bring valid photo identification and up-to-date vaccination records.
