Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' speech, language, and swallowing abilities to determine treatment needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication challenges.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care and progress.
• Document patient progress and modify therapy approaches as needed.
• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and strategies.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Demonstrate strong assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Have prior experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Be able to adhere to facility policies, including identification and badge protocol.
