Job Summary:

Seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide assessment and therapy services to patients with communication and swallowing disorders. The clinician will work closely with patients and healthcare teams to develop personalized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' speech, language, and swallowing functions.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment findings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
• Educate patients and families on communication techniques and therapy exercises.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and documentation standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Possess a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Demonstrate strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Be available to work during scheduled days and shifts.
• Bring valid identification and wear a photo badge at all times.
