Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care to patients in the Medical-Surgical and Infectious Disease units. Deliver high-quality, compassionate treatment while adhering to hospital protocols and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and implement patient care plans based on physician orders and patient needs.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient information and clinical activities in electronic health records accurately.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with current state accreditation.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent RN experience in a hospital setting.
• EPIC electronic health record system proficiency required.
• Ability to pass competency testing within designated timeframe.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• Flexibility to work night shifts and be on call as needed.
