Job Summary:
Provide expert nursing care to adult patients in a Medical-Surgical and Infectious Disease unit. Deliver high-quality patient assessments, interventions, and education while adhering to hospital protocols and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Ensure documentation is complete and compliant with regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, post-discharge instructions, and health management.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid Registered Nurse license.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of recent Med-Surg experience.
• Show proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Complete competency testing within 24 hours of submission.
• Be able to work night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM).
• Display strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
