Job Summary:

Performs non-invasive, routine clinical support services under the supervision of a licensed healthcare provider. Responsible for assisting with patient examinations, obtaining vital signs, and performing diagnostic tests to support patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare exam rooms and check in patients efficiently.
• Maintain an accurate patient recall system and continuity of care logs.
• Obtain and record vital signs and patient histories.
• Perform venipunctures and administer diagnostic tests such as audiometry and vision testing.
• Report significant findings and patient observations to the supervising physician.
• Perform additional clerical and clinical duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification preferred.
• Current BLS certification from an approved provider required.
• At least two years of recent healthcare experience preferred.
• EPIC electronic health record system experience required.
• Successful completion of audiometry and vision testing training within six months of hire preferred.
