Job Summary:

The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating and treating orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, helping patients regain mobility and reduce pain through personalized therapy plans. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based, one-on-one therapy services.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques when appropriate.
• Educate patients and families on treatment goals and home programs.
• Document patient care accurately using EMR systems.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.
• Participate in community outreach and wellness initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Maryland Physical Therapy license or eligibility.
• Hold or be eligible for American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Demonstrate outpatient orthopedic or manual therapy experience.
• Possess strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
