Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide exceptional patient care within a outpatient setting. The therapist will evaluate, develop, and implement treatment plans to improve patients' mobility and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical condition and establish personalized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving mobility, strength, and function.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and injury prevention strategies.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Maryland or Compact license as a Physical Therapist.
• Demonstrate at least one year of outpatient therapy experience.
• Possess current certifications with expiration dates included at submission.
• Be willing to float within scope of practice and within the hospital or clinic.
• Submit two supervisor references.
• Maintain tobacco-free status; nicotine-free screening required.
