Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with operating room expertise to provide perioperative care. The ideal candidate will have recent OR experience and hold current licensure.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preoperative assessments and prepare patients for surgery.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure smooth operative procedures.
• Monitor patient vitals and respond promptly to any changes during surgery.
• Maintain sterile environment and adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
• Document patient care activities accurately and securely.
• Provide postoperative care and discharge instructions to patients.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active TN or compact nursing license.
• Possess at least 1 year of recent operating room experience.
• Demonstrate recent Epic experience within the past 12 months.
• Hold current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (preferred).
• Travel experience is required.
• Maintain ability to pass the Epic competency exam on the first attempt.
