Job Summary:
Provide expert nursing care in the Emergency Room for diverse patient populations. Deliver high-quality, fast-paced clinical services to stabilize and treat acute conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions rapidly upon arrival and prioritize care needs.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changing situations.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed medical records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families on procedures, treatments, and post-discharge instructions.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Possess at least 2 years of recent ED nursing experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in emergency nursing procedures and protocols.
• Ability to work every other weekend and every other holiday.
• Exhibit strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills.
• Unable to accommodate blocked schedules; flexible availability required.
